Highlights as of Late

Wow!  Life’s been CRAZY busy!!!  We had a fabulous 9 day visit from our daughter and her husband and took some time to see some of the sights with them.  So enjoy a highlight of our adventures of the last couple of weeks!

Brother John giving his congregation the what for.

Jana in front of a "Fairy Tree.”  "The Fairy Tree is a magical gateway into the little folk’s world.  Some believe the fairies live in the tree; others believe the tree is a door or gateway for the fairies to pass from their realm into our world and then back again at their whim.  It is extremely bad luck to cut one down as it makes the fairies angry and they will seek revenge!"

The Giant’s Ring - an ancient burial tomb

Giant’s Causeway

"The Boot"  Giant’s Causeway, Norn Iron

Dunluce Castle

Carrick-A-Rede Rope Bridge

Taste testing the Norn Iron Fish & Chips in Ballycastle.  I believe they passed with flying colors!

Ya gotta watch out for the old and crotcheties around town!

Beautiful sunset along the Causeway Coastal Route

Some intense action at the Carrickfergus Castle

We hiked Cavehill!!!

Ashford Castle, County Mayo, Ireland

. . . . and a very good time was had by all!  We miss family so much, but we’re almost two-thirds the way through!  We are enjoying every minute here.  We feel truly blessed!

Cheers!
